Rob Rose, Kat Kohler, and Mark McCarthy gave a presentation on their summer trip to Osaka, Japan. They reported on their visit to the Osaka Japanese Garden Design Symposium with Drs. Goto and Hamilton. Much of their time was spent in the gardens and grounds of the 1970 Osaka Expo. To explain the importance of specific principles of garden design, examples were shown from gardens like Daisen-In.
